British Properties Homeowner’s Association

The British Properties Homeowner’s Association is the largest ratepayer group on the North Shore. It serves about 3700 homes in the neighbourhoods of the original Properties, Glenmore, Chartwell, Westhill and Chippendale. The association represents area residents on issues of local interest (roads, upkeep, trees, etc.)

Their web site is in the top three of homeowner association web sites that I have seen and serves as a model for other associations to follow. One of the most interesting pages is the FAQ which touches on a number of important issues.
