There are 80 open houses in West Vancouver this weekend compared to over 130 in mid June. The median price of the open houses is $ 1,296,500 down from $ 1,313,000 last week and $ 1,388,900 a couple of weeks ago.  While it is not scientific proof that the average price is dropping it may reflect a general reduction in prices.  It could also mean there are fewer expensive homes holding open houses.
